As an important part of the growth strategy of nkt cables a/s Mr. Asger Bruun-Christensen, General Manager, is appointed Vice President and member of the board of directors for the nkt cables group. His field of responsibility will be purchasing, investments and production coordination in the nkt cables group.
As per 1st January 2008 Mr. Peter Hem, Executive Director Sales & Marketing, is appointed General Manager for nkt cables a/s in Denmark with head office and production in Asnæs. The company has approx. 500 employees in Denmark, and had a turnover of approx. DKK 1.4 billion in 2006.
nkt cables a/s has manufacturing and sales facilities in Denmark and Norway as well as sales companies in Sweden, Norway and the United Kingdom.
